Synthetic, Human, Brazilian, or Indian Weave: Which One Is Right for You?

Confused about choosing the perfect weave? With options like synthetic, human, Brazilian, and Indian hair, it's easy to feel overwhelmed. If you're unsure which type suits your style best, this article is your ultimate guide. We guarantee you'll feel much clearer and more confident after reading!

There are different qualities of weaves that allow you to increase hair length and volume. What differentiates them is the material and the purchase price.

1. Synthetic Weave:

This type of weave is made of synthetic hair extensions. The price per pack is inexpensive, around 7 to 10€ per pack. It's a weave that can be washed, but washing severely damages the strands. The disadvantage is that, being synthetic, the weave can only be used once, and you cannot straighten it with a flat iron or dry it with a hairdryer. Furthermore, in terms of appearance, this weave does not give the illusion of real hair.

2. Natural-Looking Synthetic Weave:

This is a synthetic weave that reproduces all the characteristics of human hair. The price per pack varies between 15€ and 50€, depending on the length of the weave. The advantage of this weave is that it can be installed multiple times. Furthermore, it doesn't get damaged during washing because it can be straightened with a flat iron or curled with rollers or a curling iron. For a long time, it was considered a quality weave until other qualities of weaves appeared.

3. Weaves Made with Brazilian or Indian Hair:

Brazilian hair extensions are 100% natural strands that come from natural hair. The price per pack varies between 70€ and 180€, depending on the length. The advantage of these extensions: they can be washed, straightened, and dyed without risk of damage. They do not shed or tangle. Finally, there are Indian hair extensions, which are the most expensive on the market because they are made from genuine Indian hair. These are 100% natural and 100% virgin Remy quality hair extensions. They are available in four colors: black, dark brown, light brown, and very light brown. The exclusive advantage of these two types of weaves is that a well-done weave is undetectable, and most importantly, it can be installed indefinitely. These are quality weaves.

4. Hair Terminology for the Uninitiated:

Inch : This corresponds to the length of the weave. The longer the weave, the more expensive it is, regardless of its quality: medium-length: 9-12 inches (22 to 30 cm)
 long: 14-16 inches (35 to 40 cm)
very long: 22-24 inches (55 to 60 cm)
very long: 25-27 inches (62 to 67 cm)
 butt-length: 28-35 inches (70 to 88 cm)

Colors :
 1B : black
 2 : dark brown
 27 : blonde
 33 : mahogany
 613 : platinum blonde
